The courses for the two programmes are designed by the concerned bodies of the University of Kashmir in accordance with the guidelines and directions of the Bar council of India. For detailed syllabus the candidates are required to visit  

In addition to the prescribed courses of studies the following programmes are carried on within and outside the college:

ü  Legal Aid Programmes;

ü  Practical Legal Training Programmes and Participation in Moot Courts

ü  Observation of Pre-trial preparations, participation in trial proceedings, court visits;

ü  Guest lectures by renowned academicians, judges and administrators;

ü  Seminars/Conferences/Debates etc

ü  Sports and cultural activities; and

ü  Three months internship programme after the final semester examinations 

    EVALUATION: The evaluation of performance of students is continuous in the College. The performance of the student is evaluated on the basis of various segments of the course work like class participation, tests, home assignments, seminars, comprehensive viva voce, mid-term and final examinations and project works. The students are provided with formal and informal feedback in their efforts to prepare for class participation and integrative written examination held at the end of each semester.
